How to Borrow a Book

Are you interested in borrowing a book from the ISC/SCI Lending Library? It starts with looking at our booklist. Once you’ve found the title you’d like to borrow, fill in the form below. You will need to confirm that you have read the borrowing policy and understand the expectations for borrowing. Once we have received your form, we will mail the book to you along with a prepaid package. Enjoy your book for the allotted time period and please treat it with care! When you’re done, return the book using the prepaid package.

Book List

The ISC/SCI Lending Library booklist has been built through purchases and the generous donations of members. We hope to continue to expand as the library moves forward.

Some rare and historic books have been donated to us and these books are indicated by asterisks in the booklist. If one of these books is damaged or lost while borrowed, you will incur an extra fee of $50 CAD on top of the value of the book itself in acknowledgement of its historic or rare status.

Please treat all the books with care!

Request a Book

Are you looking for a particular book that you don’t see in the list? Send us an email and we will keep an eye out for it. Do you have books taking up space on your shelf that you know well enough to never open again? Reach out if you’re interested in making a donation. If you have any questions, feedback, or book requests, we would be happy to hear from you. Contact us at library@indexers.ca.
